Rewinding of 133 MVA Transformer

Our team successfully executed a complete rewinding of 133 MVA transformers, managed from site to site with precision and expertise.
The scope included the re-engineering of the transformer windings carried out by our highly experienced team.
Both the High Voltage and Low Voltage windings were internally manufactured at our advanced facility, followed by curing using one of the largest Vapor Phase Drying (VPD) systems in the region ensuring optimal insulation performance and quality.
Subsequent activities included the tanking process, assembly, and preparation for Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).
After successful testing, the transformer was safely transported and installed at the site, ready for reliable grid operation.

752 MVA Transformer Replacement Project

Technical Services carried out the replacement of a 752 MVA transformer, which involved dismantling the faulty unit and transporting a new transformer to destination.
The transportation process presented significant challenges due to the complexity of the route and logistical constraints.
Our dedicated team worked 24/7 to ensure the installation of the new transformer. The project scope included all associated work such as cable testing, supply and installation of a new Gas Insulated Busbar (GIB), and commissioning of protection system, and final safe energization.
This achievement reflects our ongoing commitment to reliability, technical excellence, and timely power infrastructure upgrades.

We executed onsite stator re-wedging of a steam turbine generator rated at 510,000 KVA, 24,000 V, and 3600 rpm. The work was carried out at one of SEC power plants using specialized tools and precision instruments.
This critical maintenance activity was performed with high accuracy to ensure long-term reliability and performance of the generator, minimizing downtime and maintaining operational excellence.
